Why are there multiple charges on my credit card for one order?
My order didn't go through; why was I charged for it?
What appear to be charges on your credit card are simply "holds" or "pending charges." If the order was unsuccessful, you were not actually charged. Any "holds" will be removed by your bank within a couple of days.

Can I use your helmet speakers (or microphones) with my Goldwing?
Yes, but you will need to purchase or make an adapter. Just do a Google search for "Goldwing pinout".

What is your return policy?
If merchandise is defective/damaged upon receipt, or if you are otherwise not 100% satisfied, we'll gladly exchange the item or issue a refund up to 30 days after you receive your order. Our returns form is located here.

Where can I get help for a product?

Where are you located?
We are located in Panama City, Florida. Occasionally, orders will be shipped from Lubbock, Texas.

Can I come by and pick up my order?
We are unable to accept local pickups.

How come USPS states that tracking information is not available for my order?
The USPS is slow to update tracking info. Most customers receive their order before tracking information is even available.

How much is shipping?
USPS First Class Mail (2-7 Business Days):
  Varies by weight. 1.49 + .30 per Ounce
  Example: One set of helmet speakers weighs 3 ounces.
  Shipping would be 2.39 for one set and .90 for each additional set.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) - 5.49
  Up to 1 pound. Each additional pound is 2.50.

USPS First Class International
Canada (4-10 Business Days) - 2.99 + .30 per Ounce

USPS First Class International
All Other Countries (6-12 Business Days) - 4.99 + .30 per Ounce
  

How long does shipping take?
Most orders can be shipped on the same day. However, it may take up to 2 business days to be shipped.

Helmet Speakers

Are they stereo?
Yes.

How loud are they?
With most devices, the HS92 speakers are plenty loud. If your audio device was specifically designed for ear buds or isn't putting out enough watts, you would want to purchase our HS24 Iasus speakers. Our helmet speakers can be compared side-by-side at HelmetSpeakers.com.

Do I have to drill or modify my helmet to install them?
No. The speakers are secured to the helmet liner with Velcro. If your helmet liner is not suitable for Velcro, you can use the extra adhesive pieces of Velcro that are included.

How long is the cord?
For all three sets of speakers, the cord is about 40 inches long.

Which one is the left speaker/right speaker?
The speaker closest to the jack is the left speaker.

What types of devices will they work with?
They will work with any audio device (CD player, MP3, radar detector, etc.) that has a standard 1/8" output jack. An adapter can be used if your device has a 3/32" jack.

What types of helmet will they fit in?
These speakers work well with any helmet that covers your ears. If your helmet has recessed ear pockets, you may want to place a piece of carpet foam or something in there to get the speakers to touch your ears. You can also use them with bicycle helmets or half helmets by placing a piece of the loop part of Velcro between the straps.

Microphones

How does a throat mic work?
A throat mic works by picking up the vibrations on your neck.

What is the difference between the different throat mics?
The TM15 model is a lighter duty style that pick up vibrations on one side of your throat. The TM25 and TM25L are heavier duty mics that pick up vibrations on both sides and they are adjustable for a better fit. The TM15, TM25, and TM25L models can be used in either push-to-talk mode or voice-activated (provided that your radio supports VOX). Model AHA0623 is like model TM15, except it can only be used with our model AHA0411 intercom and it does not have a push-to-talk button. It has a 1/8" plug and it is unknown if it will work with other devices because it was custom made.

How does model EB12 work?
When you talk, small vibrations are created in your ear bone. This device is very sensitive to those vibrations and will transmit your voice very clearly while completely eliminating background noises.

Alarms

Will model MA72 work with my bike?
It will work with practically any motorcycle. If, for some reason, it does not work with yours, you can return it for a refund.

Does it come with instructions?
Instructions are included and there is also a link to them on the product page.

How easy is it to install?
It's pretty easy to install if you are familiar with your bike's electrical system. If you are not, we recommend having it professionally installed.

Intercoms

Can both rider and passenger hear from the audio device?
Yes.

Does the music mute when we push the PTT to talk to each other?
Music mutes when any PTT is pushed, intercom receives an incoming two-way radio transmission, or when the cell phone is in use.

Will the music stay muted while talking on cell phone or just while ringing?
It stays muted while the cell phone is in use.

Can both rider and passenger talk to cell phone caller?
No, only PTT1 (left side of intercom) can talk to the cell phone caller.

While phone is in use, do you use the PTT button to respond or does it go into VOX mode during the call?
To answer the phone, PTT1 just double-presses the PTT button. Once the call is answered, it will be open communication between PTT1 and the caller. It won't be VOX, it will just be on. PTT1 does not have to press the PTT button to talk and double-clicking the PTT button again will hang up.
